Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within **30 days** of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be **unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached**, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Sale items
* Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within **10 business days**.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase.
