Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Area
Currently, we deliver within Switzerland. International deliveries are available upon request.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on weight, size, and delivery address.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery is within 3-14 business days after payment has been received, provided the items are in stock. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

4. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable partners such as Swiss Post and DPD. Shipping risk is borne by the company until delivery to the customer.

5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Partial Shipments
For large orders, we reserve the right to send multiple shipments. Shipping costs are charged only once unless otherwise specified.

7. Damaged Delivery
Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours to cevarinzo@outlook.com
